In EpicStitch, the Decorator is responsible for managing orders assigned to a specific location. They have access to the Order List, as well as Work Orders and DST files, which provide detailed information needed to execute their tasks efficiently.
Navigate to EpicStitch Login.
Enter your username (email) and password.
If prompted, an OTP access code will be sent to your email (typically required for the first login of the day).
Enter the OTP code to access the Decorator home page.
The Order List displays all orders assigned to a specific location, enabling the Decorator to manage and complete tasks effectively.
Green Action Button: Decoration is completed, and the order has moved to production.
Dark Gray Action Button: Decoration is completed, but the order has not yet moved to production.
Light Gray Action Button: Decoration is incomplete. Work Orders and DST files are unavailable for such orders.
To access the Order List, click on Designer from the side menu.
Once a task is completed, click the Complete button. The order will be marked as complete and removed from the queue.
The DST file can be downloaded using either of the following methods:
Action Menu:
Navigate to the Action menu of the respective order.
Select the Download Asset option.
Library:
Go to Library > Insignia.
Search for the customer’s insignia.
Download the ZIP file from the customer’s insignia.
The Work Order provides all details related to the order, such as:
Ship From and Ship To information.
Item Information: Product details and quantities.
Insignia Details: Logos and associated specifications.
Decoration Information: Thread colors, positions, and other relevant details.
Navigate to the Action Menu of the order.
Select View Work Order to preview the order details.
To download, choose Download Work Order, and the file will be saved to your system
