Insignias are essential for organizing and managing customer logos, enabling seamless integration into designs and orders. Here's a breakdown of the features and actions available for insignias:
Indicator Colors:
Insignia button can have 2 colors:
Green Button: Logos have been assigned to the customer.
Blue Button: No logos are assigned to the customer.
Adding Insignias:
Click the Insignia button next to the customer’s name.
This opens the page displaying logo details.
Click File Upload on the left side of the page.
Enter the required details such as Logo Name and upload necessary files (DST or EMB for embroidery logos).
Once complete, click Save to add the logo.
Deleting Insignias:
Locate the logo on the insignia page.
Click the Delete button on the right side of the logo to remove it.
4. Changing the Status of Insignias
To activate a logo, click the Status button:
White Button: Inactive logo.
Green Button: Active logo, available for use in order creation.
Additional Insignia Actions
Default Threads:
The Default Threads option allows you to assign default thread colors to a logo for streamlined color management. You can edit or view these threads as needed.
To set Default Threads:
Enter the color codes manually or select colors from the Color Chart.
Assign custom names to threads for easier identification.
After selecting the threads, visualize the design to ensure accuracy and then click Save to confirm the thread details.
To set default threads as club colors, mark the Club Color checkbox located beneath the logo in this window.
Thread Selection:
The Thread Selection feature allows you to add multiple default thread options for logos, enabling detailed and intricate embroidery designs.
To add a new thread selection:
Click on the Thread Selection icon to open the thread selection window.
In the pop-up window, click the Add button.
Assign a name to the thread selection for easy identification.
Set the desired thread colors and visualize the design to ensure accuracy.
Once satisfied, click Save to confirm the thread selection.
Thread Grouping:
Thread Grouping allows you to assign the same color to multiple thread positions within a logo, ensuring consistency across different areas. This feature is particularly useful for logos with intricate designs or extensive threadwork.
To group threads:
Click the plus (+) button to add a new groups.
Drag the threads you want to group into the newly created group.
Repeat the process for additional groups as needed.
This simplifies color management for complex logo designs.
Download ZIP File:
Use the ZIP Download option to download logos and related files(DST and Color Card) in a compressed format.
Send to RepSpark:
To send the logo details to RepSpark:
Ensure the logo is Active.
Click the Send to RepSpark icon.
Send to Dropbox:
Click the Dropbox icon and follow the prompts to send the logo to Dropbox.
Upload File:
Use the Upload File option to store additional files (such as AI files, other PDFs) related to the logo .
Color Card PDF:
Download a Color Card containing detailed logo specifications and thread color details by clicking the Download Color Card button.
