Managing Swatches in EpicStitch

NOTE: This action is only available for Administrator.

Swatches are small fabric samples associated with various products, and their management is streamlined within the system. Here's how you can view, add, edit, and upload swatches:

1. Viewing Swatches

1. Navigate to the Library and select the Swatches option.
2. This will display a list of all available swatches.

2. Adding a New Swatch

1. Click the Add New button located at the top-right corner of the Swatches window.
2. Enter the relevant details, such as:
   1. Product ID
   2. Style Number
   3. Color
   4. Options
   5. Swatch images.
3. Click Save to add the swatch to the system.

3. Uploading Multiple Swatch Images

1. For bulk uploads, click the Mass Image Upload button at the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Choose the file containing the swatch images and upload it.
3. Verify that the swatches and their corresponding products have matching names and style numbers before completing the process.

4. Editing Swatch Details

1. Locate the swatch you want to modify in the list.
2. Click the Edit button in the Action column next to the swatch.
3. Make the required changes to the details or images.
4. Click Save to apply the updates.

Important Notes:

Ensure the swatch and the associated product share the same product Id, color, options and style number.
