Editing or Managing Customer Status in EpicStitch

NOTE: This action is only available for Colorist and Administrator 

1. Edit Customer Details

  • Navigate to the Library > Insignias section and locate the desired customer.
  • In the Action column next to the customer entry, click the dropdown button and select Edit.
  • This opens the Edit Customer window, where you can update the necessary details.
  • Once updates are made, click the Save button to apply and save the changes.

2. Approve or Disable a Customer

  • In the same Edit Customer window accessed through the dropdown menu, locate the Status field.
  • Change the Status to either Approved or Disabled, depending on the action required.
  • Click Save to confirm the updated status.

Important Notes: 

  • Ensure all changes are reviewed before saving to avoid any discrepancies.
  • Approved customers are active in the system, while Disabled customers are temporarily restricted.
