Steps to Add a New User in Epic Stitch

NOTE: This action is only available for SuperAdmin.

1. Login:

Use the SuperAdmin credentials to log into the EpicStitch production instance.

2. User Management:

On the dashboard, go to Manage Users.
Click on the Create User button located at the top right corner.

3. Fill in the User Details:

Enter the required details:

• Full Name
• Email
• Phone Number
• Address
• Role (SuperAdmin, Administrator, Colorist, Decorator)
• Status (Select Active or Inactive)
• New Password
• Confirm Password

After confirming the details, click on Update button.

The User is now created and will be listed inside the Manage Users List.

Important Notes:

The email notification feature for user creation is not enabled. As a result, login details must be provided to the user manually after their account is created.
